About AgFest

The San Joaquin AgFest, Junior Show & Auction provides our county’s youth the opportunity to exhibit their livestock and vocational projects and sell them at auction at the end of the week.   A partnership of Delta Cal Section FFA, San Joaquin County 4H, San Joaquin Office of Education’s Educational Foundation and the 2nd Agricultural District, AgFest is produced by the all volunteer San Joaquin County Junior Show & Auction Council.

AgFest features daily livestock shows, vocational exhibits, and fun special events such as the costume, hay bucking, and livestock knowledge contests, complimented by delicious food concessions and quality vendors. Also featured is the Farm to Fork dinner – an special evening of local restaurants preparing gourmet food using fresh local ingredients.  Friday brings the Master Showmanship competition followed by an exhibition of winners from all the competitions throughout the week.  AgFest concludes on Saturday with the traditional Livestock Auction along with the sale of vocational projects.  Join us for a fun-filled week as we support the agricultural youth of San Joaquin County.
