I request to be billed for animal(s) purchased at the SJJSAC – AgFest online auction (option available for businesses only). I understand that all purchases are due by June 30th and that billing is only done as a courtesy. I also understand that exhibitors will not be paid until payment for auctions items is received. Make checks payable to SJJSAC. All credit card purchases not made the day that the Auction closes will incur a 5% processing fee instead of 3%.

Buyer Acknowledgements*

By registering as a Buyer for the AgFest Auction, I understand that there will be additional fees associated with purchasing an Animal from the auction, as well as processing and cut and wrap fees associated with a "Custom" purchase that I will be responsible for. I agree to abide by the payment and delivery policy of San Joaquin AgFest. The buyer packet will spell out the terms of payment and processing, and registering online. All Auction purchases are required to be paid for on the Auction day, unless arrangements have been made for billing. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. (4% Processing fee will be added for ALL Credit Card or Debit Purchases) Make Checks payable to SJJSAC. All Billed payments are due by June 30th.
