Buyer Information

Buyers, whether you are new to AgFest or a seasoned pro at supporting the exhibitors, we are changing things up a little this year with our Auction. We want to give the exhibitors the best platform for selling their projects and have chosen a LIVE / SIMULCAST Auction. This gives you the option of attending the live auction or bidding in the comfort of your home or office on your laptop or computer. We will have Dairy Replacement Heifers, Market Beef, Market Sheep, Market Goats, Market Rabbits, Market Turkeys, Poultry and Market Swine, and hopefully a few Ag Mechanic Projects as well. *New this year is our Replacement Beef Heifer’s which will be sold by the head – LIVE which means the buyer will take the animal home.

We will have our typical LIVE AUCTION but will also broadcast it in LIVE TIME through www. Stockshowauctions.com

Replacement Heifers (sold by the head) are sold live and you may take the animal after the sale or make arrangements with the exhibitor for delivery. All other animals are sold terminal. Rabbits and Poultry (sold by the head) will all be CUSTOM and the exhibitor will deliver your fresh purchase to you on Sunday, June 18th (They will contact you for delivery). Beef, Sheep, Goats and Swine (sold by the pound) may be CUSTOM (for your cut and wrap choice) or RESALE (you pay the price between market price and your bid). We hope that you can join us LIVE – but the Simulcast option is also available, through Stock Show Auctions website, and you will be able to get a LIVE FEED of the auctions and bid right from your computer or lap top. I am going to recommend NOT using your phone for this application. You may register on http://www.stockshowauctions.com at anytime, up to and during the auction. Stock Show Auctions will create your Buyer number; you can disregard the one you receive in the mail. We have 3 Auction platforms set up on Stock Show Auctions: Replacement Dairy Heifer, Swine and Livestock. On June 17th, the LIVESTOCK and SWINE will be running at the same time. You can easily flip back and forth to the Auctions to watch them and bid on lots. We hope to have the Replacement Dairy Heifer Catalog loaded and ready to go by 5 pm on Thursday, June 15th, and the others by Friday, June 16th at 5 pm. For a information on how to register and log in, go to our website and look for the SIMULCAST WALK THROUGH. We will mail you an invoice. Please pay all invoices by June 30th. Credit Card payments before June 30th will be 4% service charge, anything after June 30th will be 5% service charge.

If you are a repeat buyer, you will receive a packet in the mail with your buyer number and all the information about the sale and the online platform. If you are new to this experience, please go to our website www.sanjoaquinagfest.org and to the AUCTION tab you will find all the information under this link, sign up for the NEW BUYER and once completed, we will send you a packet, a buyer number and all the information about the sale and online platform.

You may also support the exhibitors with an Ag Ed Scholarship by contributing any amount you wish as a donor directly to the exhibitor (if they have met the criteria). This can be facilitated through our website: https://sanjoaquinagfest.org/agriculture-education-scholarship-donor-form/ or an Add On, which can be done at the auction or through www.stockshowauctions.com.

If you are still feeling uncomfortable about both options – please contact Chris to discuss a Proxy or Phone bid. Please do this prior to the auction dates, as during the auction may be hard to navigate. 209-607-1157
