We are excited to share that the San Joaquin Junior Show & Auction Council will celebrate our 12th Annual AgFest this year. On May 31 – June 1, 2025, the Breeding Show will take place, and the Livestock and Dairy Show will be held during the week of June 9 – 14, 2025. The San Joaquin Junior Show & Auction Council (SJJSAC) team is working diligently to make the 12th annual AgFest the best one yet.

In 2013, SJJSAC was formed to provide the youth of San Joaquin County the opportunity to continue to exhibit their livestock and agricultural projects when the San Joaquin County Fair was no longer able to hold a fair. With the support of the community and sponsors, such as yourself, it has provided opportunities for more than 10,000 exhibitors over the past twelve years. This past year, at the 2024 AgFest, 1036 exhibitors went through the livestock auction, and over 2217 entries participated. From these efforts and dedicated volunteers, the youth in our community have been positively impacted by your generous support and contributions.

We continue to be a volunteer non-profit organization 50l(c)3 46-5461481 and monies raised will help produce the 2025 AgFest for agricultural youth exhibitors. AgFest does not receive funding from the State or County Fair to operate. It is from the continued support of our community and sponsors that we can put on a high-quality junior livestock show and auction that supports the youth in agricultural experiences in San Joaquin County.

We are asking for your continued support in the 2025 AgFest. Enclosed with this letter is a brochure that details ways that you can partner with AgFest, through monetary and/or “In Kind” donations. We have created an online donation form on our website where you can contribute online at http://www.sanjoaquinagfest.org. On the website, you are able to pay via credit card or use the enclosed forms and mail a check. Please submit all donations by April 30, 2025 to be included in all printed materials.

As the chair for the past few years, I have been truly amazed by the tremendous support from our community. We are committed to improving each year to ensure we are doing our best for AgFest and acknowledging your incredible support.
