Fair Entry and Tack Check-In

Entrance Tickets will be sold through the fairgrounds. All of these funds will be collected by the fairgrounds.

FAIR ENTRY

Only Exhibitors, 4-H Leaders and FFA Advisors will receive wristbands. Parents will not receive wristbands.

Leaders/Advisor Wristbands: All FFA Advisors will receive Inside Parking Pass and Wristband. 4-H Leaders will receive wristband, but no parking passes. All 4-H Clubs & FFA Chapters must submit a list of Leaders/Advisors that will be present during AgFest to  agfestlvstck@gmail.com by April 7, 2019 in order the receive their wristbands. 4-H Leaders must be fully enrolled as leaders and in good standing with the 4-H office. Fair Ticket Pre-Orders: Fair entrance tickets, general parking passes and ride wristbands can be pre-ordered through the fair office until Thursday, May 9th. Click here for more details and download the form.

Fair Tickets After May 9th: After May 9th, additional entrance and parking passes will be available through the fairgrounds. See the website, www.sanjoaquinfairgrounds.com, for details and pricing. The Fair will be open from Thursday, June 13th, 2019 – Sunday, June 16th, 2019. Contact the Fair office for more information at 209-466-5041.

TACK

All large animal species must bring in all tack on Saturday, June 8th, 2019 from 10 am – 8:30 pm.  NO TACK IS TO BE BROUGHT IN DURING LIVESTOCK CHECK IN. CHECK-IN – LOADING AND UNLOADING:  All trailers are to arrive through B street Gates and exit through Airport Way Gates.  During the Sunday large animal breeding, all Trailers will need to be unloaded and moved, no showing out of your trailers.  Please unload and move vehicles as soon as possible so that we can manage traffic more effectively and safely for the exhibitors, children, parents and animals.
