How to Enter

Before beginning your online entries, review and/or download the 2019 Livestock Entry Guidelines and the Online Entry Screenshots for guidance. All areas of competition require online entries.

ENTRIES SUBMISSIONS DUE WEDNESDAY, MAY 1, 2019 AT MIDNIGHT
Late Entries Accepted Until May 5, 2019 AT Midnight With $100 Late Charge Plus Cost of Entry


General Instructions

  1. Complete all areas of your online entry.
    • Include name, mailing address and phone number
    • Indicate age and year in school
    • NEW THIS YEAR…When asked for your “Premise ID” enter the exhibitor’s YQCA certificate number.
    • Provide department, division and class number, and all other fields of entry in your specified department. 
    • You will need your 4-H Leader/FFA Ag Instructor’s Email Address when entering your info. Enter parents email for Independent Exhibitors. 
    • Describe projects entered in Youth Agricultural Education & Science departments
  2. Bills of Sale for Swine, Goats & Sheep need to be turned in at Ear tag Pickup. Beef and Small Animals are to be turned in at Check-In/Scales/Vet Check– see Species Specific rules for more details. 
  3. Your Project Leader/FFA Advisor will verify that you are eligible to participate in the projects that you have entered. 
  4. See Departments for specific entry and delivery deadlines, fees, rules and classes for entry. See Livestock Schedule and Youth Agricultural Education and Science Schedule and bring your exhibits to the Fairgrounds on the date indicated. 
    • See specific release times for all non-sale Livestock and Youth Agricultural Education & Science projects
